Janne has successfully been a part of the team who founded and built a company from zero to over 160 people. He is also a board professional and acts as a member and chairman of the board in a couple of different companies.

Kimmo is a social, open, and easy-going person. He is a firm believer and evangelist in company culture, trusts people over control, and is always curious about things.

Maarit is a growth builder and a heavyweight all-rounder in people-work. In the last ten years, she has recruited and enabled almost 5000 people to find new career paths. Maarit has a passion for helping people and wants to provide them with a safe environment where it is easy to be who you are and grow as a professional.

In her free time, you can find Maarit in floorball halls, where she acts as a referee in the floorball F-league. Maarit is familiar with pressure, quick decisions, and situations that require solid leadership. If you can’t see her, you can still probably hear her laughter.
